Alex B. Valdez III is a multi-media artist based out ofChicago. Growing up as a young boy in Pilsen, Alex was influenced by the murals and artist workshops he visited in the area with family. Morning cartoons on TV also inspired him to endlessly draw some of his favorite characters. His art is also influenced by his emotions through circumstances good and bad.
He uses his spiritual experiences to help him create and get him through times when he is not inspired. He is a firm believer that action is taken first then motivation happens not the other way around. He gives honor to his Creator with all that he does and believes his art is a vessel that displays that.
